E-BOOK: Property Purchasing 1×1? What to pay attention to when buying a property?
Laypeople primarily consult an architect regarding design and permitting, but even when buying an existing building (apartment or family house), it is advisable to seek the opinion of a competent, experienced professional. Just as we bring a trusted mechanic when buying a car to check the oil level, tires, or brakes, it is equally advisable to seek a competent professional’s opinion, especially in the case of tens or hundreds of millions. This can save us from a lot of annoyance and potentially costly legal disputes later on.
The author’s goal is to revive the rightfully popular CONSTRUCTION 1×1 thematic booklets of the 1970s and 80s in a niche area such as real estate transactions, whether it involves buying an empty plot, an existing or newly built family house, or a condominium apartment.
My aim is the simple, to-the-point, and easy-to-understand presentation style familiar from the series, with novel, up-to-date information, all colored by real-life cases.

Who do I not recommend it to?
It is not my goal with this publication to explain every piece of knowledge and correlation related to construction in detail, as I could not do so for reasons of length. It would also be impossible to condense 5 years of university education and 20+ years of professional experience into a single volume! My goal is to educate and to provide “engineering” glasses to see past the flashy PR texts of dishonest real estate agents, so that we can make what is perhaps the most expensive decision of a lifetime on a solid foundation.
Who do we recommend it to?
To all those who are about to buy or sell and would like to navigate the financial, legal, and last but not least, technical mazes of real estate transactions. We hope that with this publication, we will succeed in avoiding the pitfalls and finding the most optimal compromise between our dreams and our wallets.
